🌼 Return & Warranty Policy – Unica Nota

At Unica Nota , each product is printed on demand just for you. That's why we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind.

That said, your satisfaction is our priority : if your order has a defect or printing error, we are committed to finding a quick and suitable solution!


📦 Return and replacement in case of a problem

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases: ✔ Product received damaged, defective, or with a printing defect
✔ Product received does not match the initial order (wrong size, color or item)

Time limit for reporting a problem : please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

📸 Evidence to provide : clear photos of the product in question, the packaging and the shipping label, to be sent to contact@unicanota.com


🛡️ Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)

In accordance with European regulations (GPSR – General Product Safety Regulation), all products sold by Unica Nota benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years .
This means that if a product has a manufacturing or quality defect within 2 years of receipt, you can contact us to request a replacement or refund , at no extra cost.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from use, nor damage caused by misuse.


❌ Products not eligible for return

  • Customized products (created especially for you)

  • Items worn, washed or damaged after receipt

  • Gift cards and digital downloads


💰 Refund or replacement

If your request is approved, we will offer you a free product replacement.
A refund will only be offered in certain exceptional cases (e.g., product out of stock).


🚚 Return address

⚠️ Do not return your order to our personal address. We will provide you with our partner's return address based on your location.


⏳ Processing times

After validation, the replacement or refund is processed within 5 to 10 working days .
