🎨 Return & Refund Policy – Unica Nota

At Unica Nota, every product is printed on demand just for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in case of a change of mind.

That said, your satisfaction is our priority — if your order has a defect or printing error, we promise to find a quick and fair solution!


📦 Returns & Replacements in Case of Issue

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
✔ Product received is damaged, defective, or has a printing issue
✔ Product received does not match the original order (wrong size, color, or item)

Timeframe to report an issue: please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

📸 Required documentation: clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label should be sent to contact@unicanota.com


🛡️ Legal Warranty of Conformity (2 Years)

In accordance with European regulations (GPSR – General Product Safety Regulation), all products sold by Unica Nota include a 2-year legal warranty of conformity.

This means that if your product shows a manufacturing or quality defect within 2 years of receipt, you can contact us for a free replacement or refund.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards and digital downloads


💰 Refund or Replacement

If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a free replacement of the product.
Refunds will only be issued in rare cases, such as when the product is out of stock.


🚚 Return Address

⚠️ Do not return your order to our personal address. We will provide the correct return address based on your location.


⏳ Processing Time

Once approved, your replacement or refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
