📦 Shipping Policy – Unica Nota

At Unica Nota, we work with Printful and Printify, print-on-demand partners who produce and ship your orders. Here’s everything you need to know about our processing times and shipping conditions.

1️⃣ Processing & Shipping Times

🚚 Printful & Printify timelines:
Each item is made to order, which means production only starts once your purchase is confirmed.

  • Production time: typically 2–7 business days

  • Delivery time: varies depending on your shipping address and selected carrier. As a general estimate:

    • France & Europe: 5–10 business days

    • North America: 5–12 business days

    • Other regions: 7–20 business days

⚠️ Note: These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or peak periods.

🚚 Delivery Times for Indoor Rugs (Printful – Europe)

  • Size 24" × 36" (61 × 91 cm): delivery in 5–8 business days

  • Size 36" × 60" (91 × 152 cm): 5–8 business days

  • Size 48" × 72" (122 × 183 cm): 5–8 business days (if shipped from Europe)

🛠️ Production time (2–7 business days) is not included in these estimates.

2️⃣ Shipping Fees

🚫 Shipping is not free.
Shipping costs depend on the country, shipping address, and product type.
They are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm payment.

We do our best to provide fair shipping rates negotiated with our partners.

3️⃣ Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time.

4️⃣ Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.
You will not be charged extra beyond what is shown at checkout.

5️⃣ Taxes & Customs Fees

For orders outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

6️⃣ Delivery Issues

📩 If you encounter an issue (delays, wrong address, lost package), contact us at contact@unicanota.com with your order number.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with the logistics provider.
